Our Program
Resident Phase System
Our curriculum is more than a program; it's a journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening. We are committed to providing a safe, loving, and accepting environment where women are valued and empowered to rebuild their lives. Through the grace of Christ, our participants learn to embrace self-forgiveness, nurture safe relationships, and step into a future filled with hope and purpose.
PHASE 1: Foundation of Faith and Connection
Humbled Hearts Recovery begins by offering a safe, supportive environment where women can start healing from addiction, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and harmful belief patterns. Our home serves as a bridge between structured treatment and the independent journey of long-term sobriety.
In this foundational phase, residents focus on building a personal relationship with God and forming meaningful, supportive connections with one another. Bible study, prayer, and group discussions are central—designed to help each woman understand her true identity in Christ and begin the process of inner renewal.
PHASE 2: Emotional Healing and Identity Renewal
In Phase 2, residents dive deeper into emotional and spiritual healing. Key topics include grace, forgiveness, and developing a spirit of excellence. This phase also brings clarity to the often-confused concepts of shame, guilt, condemnation, and conviction—helping residents distinguish truth from lies and walk in greater freedom.
Grief work is an important part of this stage. Residents are gently guided to reflect on the people and parts of life lost to addiction, while also being encouraged to live fully in the present and anticipate a hopeful, God-led future.
PHASE 3: Life Stewardship and Spiritual Growth
In this phase, faith becomes more active and practical. Daily prayer and time in God’s Word provide continued spiritual nourishment and reinforce the resident’s identity in Christ.
Residents participate in an 8-week Life Skills course covering essential areas such as resume building, money management, nutrition, and basic cooking. These tools empower each woman to step confidently into the responsibilities of everyday life. Gratitude and service are emphasized through required volunteer work, and there is a deepening appreciation for individuality and God’s desire for relationship.
PHASE 4: Personal Ownership and Lasting Transformation
The final phase is marked by maturity, patience, and personal responsibility. Residents learn to embrace their current season, practice self-discipline, and stay committed to the steady, often challenging work of transformation. Old thought patterns rooted in addiction and negativity lose their power, making way for strength, wisdom, and resilience.
Graduation from the Humbled Hearts Recovery program occurs after a resident has spent at least two months in Phase 4, met her recovery goals, and demonstrated the stability and readiness to support herself independently beyond the sober living environment.
Now is the time to seek the help you’ve been searching for; now is the time to find hope. Reach out to our compassionate and professional staff here at Humbled Hearts Recovery today. Let us join you on your journey to a life that is totally free from addiction and its impact.
